Supervise administration tasks including incoming call, correspondence, welcoming guests, car arrangement, hotel booking, etc.
Support other departments in administration and document procession.
Ensure timely availability of visas/resident card, working permit, support with flat finding/rental agreements, setting up utilities, etc.
Fulfill accounting task like book keepings, cash payment then collect VAT invoice for further accounting process by A&F – HCMC head office.
Manage office leasing, oversee office design/decoration/cleanliness/tidiness, and organize workstation layouts, seating plans.
Liaise with building management companies for building quality service. En-sure facilities meet environmental, health and security standards and comply with government regulations to provide a safe work environment for employees and visitors.
Work with suppliers on office supply of water, stationary, rental, camera system etc…
Manage and Support events including annual company gathering, staff gatherings, travel arrangements, CSR activities, etc.
Develop the capability of Admin team through training, coaching, mentoring to continuously enhance service delivery and further the development of individual team members.
Other tasks as assigned.
University graduated, major in Finance/ Accounting or Business Administration.
Good command of English, able to speak Japanese is preferable.
Having at least 08 years of experience in Administration/Office management. Experience at managerial level preferred.
Achievement- driven, communication skill and teamwork.
Carefulness, problem solving and able to work under pressure.
Can work independently.
