From December 15th - 18th 2020, Mitsubishi Electric Viet Nam (MEVN) successfully organized technical training program of home appliances products in Ho Chi Minh City for 21 South East authorized service centers (ASCs) to keep the customer services consistent before, during, and after purchase. This is one of the annual activities focused on by Mitsubishi Electric to improve after-sales service.

Mitsubishi Electric is one of the world's leading names in the manufacturing, trading of electronic systems and products, contributing to society's sustainable development through green technology. Mitsubishi Electric products are renowned for their durability and high quality for decades. Mitsubishi Electric has 77 ASCs in the entire Viet Nam to support customers in optimizing the product life cycle and promptly resolving unexpected problems.

Accordingly, at the training program, Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam’s engineers updated the new products' technical features, new models, as well as efficient installation and operation. Besides, team also reviewed the previous training courses to reinforce the knowledge for all participants. The training session ensures that everyone understands the product well and improve their skills.

Mitsubishi Electric has 77 ASCs nationwide so far, which helps to take care of customers all over Vietnam. The training program was held in 4 regions, including the Northern, Central, South East, and Mekong Delta. Base on each region, the organized time is different. ASCs are the bridge between Mitsubishi Electric and customers. They help to enhance warranty service quality and end-user satisfaction. Besides, ASCs are also the distribution place for all Mitsubishi Electric home appliance accessories and components, which is really convenient for customers.
