  • Mitsubishi Electric's e-F@ctory solution realizes the concept of "smart factory" through the use of big data based on IoT. E-F@ctory optimizes production by connecting all relevant equipment in development, manufacturing, logistics, etc., then analyzing and maximizing the huge amount of data collected. Mitsubishi Electric's connection technologies and factory automation expertise link plant automation with next-generation manufacturing IT including large scale customization, preventive maintenance and tracking capabilities. .
  • System of equipment for production in the factory from field level to control level (Motor, Inverter, GOT, PLC, redundant PLC)
  • Electrical system for factory (ACB, MCCB, MCB)
  • Energy consumption monitoring system (Multi Meter, Ecoweb Server, Eco Advisor)
  • Conveyor system for production of seafood

Accordingly, FASC's service activities are:
- Short-term training of factory technicians on PLCs, inverters, HMI monitors, SCADA monitoring and control systems for factories, building energy monitoring.
- Taking orders, proposing cooperation in researching automation solutions to specific audiences based on Mitsubishi Electric technology and equipment platforms and transferring solutions to enterprises.

Overview of Factory Automation Solution Center at Can Tho University

Due to the regional characteristics as well as the specific needs of each region, the service at Saigon High Tech Park - SHTP Training Center is different from the Solution Center in Can Tho.

Specifically, at e-F@ctory Lab in SHTP-TC is available:

  • Display and introduce products: Inverter, GOT, PLC, Network communication
  • e-F@ctory solution
  • Robot demo system (grinding/ polishing products and sorting products)
  • Pokayoke system (assisting the operator not to make mistakes in the process of assembling products)

According to Mr. Shunichi Umeto - General Director of MEVN, that the crisis caused by COVID-19 pandemic caused the world to focus more on automation technology, not only stimulate the transition to automation. which will spur investment to create that change. And setting up the FASC Center is one of our small steps in the overall flow of this change process. The goal of our cooperation is to research, apply, transfer technology, and deploy the task of training high-quality human resources in the field of automation through allowing the use of central resources. for educational and training purposes.
