Project Sales Executive ( Fans, Ventilators, Jet Towel) (HCMC&HN)

job description

• Be in charge of selling Fans, Dehumidifiers, Ventilators, Jet Towels Products
• Establish and maintain high-level as well as tactical relationships with contractors, installers, project owners, respond to customer enquiries and close sales orders. Retain good relationship for long term business.
• Make presentation on the product range to the customer/ project owner.
• Handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts
• Make comparison among brands and emphasize our strong points to win or support the customer to gain the project
• Collect market information update (Price trend, competitor activities, product lineup…), make report and propose solution to increase sales volume.
• Roll forecast for order/sales. Commit to ensure that forecasts are tracked and monitored sufficiently
• Prepare and Compile Weekly & Monthly Sales Report.

job requirements

• Male or Female, under 30 years old
• Having at least 2 year experience in sales, preferably project sales.
• Have good presentation, negotiation and customer development skills
• Have relationship with contractors, investors is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English
• Willing to go on business trips
