Sales Executive (Home Appliances) (HCMC&HN)

Job Description

• Be in charge of air conditioner and refrigerator product
• Sell, achieve sales target through authorized distributors
• Responsible for expanding new channel/shops for company and support sell-out for authorized distributors.
• In-charge of appointed sales territory and market
• Find out marketing activities to support sell-out of distributors to sub-dealers/End-users.
• Control and manage PSI of assigned distributors (Purchase Forecast, Sales and Inventory control).
• Visit existing and new sub-dealers in the assigned territory market, asses sub-dealers’ needs and suggest appropriate products, respond to sub-dealers’ enquiries and conclude sales orders to meet established revenue targets.
• Establish good relationship with customers: distributors, retailers/sub-dealers, air-con specialists, consumer electronics shops in the market assigned.
• Collect market information update (Price trend, competitor activities, product line-up…), make report and propose solution to increase sales volume.
• Other tasks assigned by North Section Manager

• Colleges or university graduated. (From Marketing or Economic Universities preferred).
• Age: 27 to 33 years old
• At least 07 years experience in sales job.
• At least 07 years experience working with customers and building up relationship with customers.
• Prefer candidates from home appliance industry or from related industry.
• Strong in communication and presentation to customers
• Sales and marketing oriented mind
• Passion, hard-working and dynamic required.
• Free and willing to go on business trip to provinces frequently.
• English speaking and writing skill – acceptable.
